Steven W. Zelkowitz is a partner at Taylor Duma and serves as the Florida Market Leader within the firm’s Real Estate Department. With more than 30 years of experience, he represents public and private clients in complex real-estate, land-use, zoning, environmental, and infrastructure matters, with a strong focus on public-private partnerships and community redevelopment.
Steven has served as general and special counsel to numerous Community Redevelopment Agencies throughout South Florida, guiding them through governance, procurement, financing, and large-scale development strategies. His extensive background and deep understanding of Florida’s statutory framework bring invaluable legal and strategic support to the Naranja Lakes CRA.
