The Agency implements the adopted Community Redevelopment Plan and invests in programs and projects designed to stabilize neighborhoods, improve housing conditions, support commercial revitalization, and enhance public infrastructure throughout the district.

The NLCRA works in coordination with community partners, County departments, and local organizations to advance redevelopment goals and improve the quality of life for residents and businesses within the area.
