Ryan Mosely is a dedicated public servant and accomplished real estate professional with more than a decade of progressive experience in property valuation, strategic asset management, and community redevelopment. Before joining Miami-Dade County’s – Office of Real Estate Development (ORED), he served ten years with the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser’s Office, where he developed specialized expertise in property valuation, agricultural classification, and government operations. As a Real Estate Officer, he helps manage and strategically repurpose County-owned assets to promote essential housing, economic growth, and community benefit. 

His portfolio features affordable and workforce housing, forward-thinking public-private partnerships, and adaptive reuse projects that yield long-term social and economic impact. Ryan also serves as a Goodwill Ambassador for the Miami-Dade County Office of the Mayor and the Orange Bowl Committee, promoting civic engagement, strategic community partnerships, and regional collaboration. He brings to the Naranja Lakes Community Redevelopment Agency a results-driven perspective rooted in transparency, innovation, and sustainable redevelopment for Naranja residents.
