Krystal Patterson is an accomplished municipal leader with extensive experience in public administration at both the state and local levels. She has held key roles including Director of Code Compliance, Parking Enforcement, and Sanitation, where she strengthened operations and elevated service standards. Krystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University, along with additional certifications in government leadership. 

Recognized as one of Legacy Miami’s Most Powerful and Influential Leaders in 2023, she is also the founder and President of H.E.R.S. Consulting. As Executive Director of the Naranja Lakes and West Perrine Community Redevelopment Agencies, Krystal leads revitalization efforts focused on improving quality of life and driving sustainable community impact.
