Derek Sippio was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He began his academic journey at Morehouse College and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. Derek is an award-winning healthcare executive and consultant who has worked with top medical device and biotech companies, bringing a blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and increasing revenues to the organizations he serves.
Beyond his executive leadership, Derek is a dedicated community advocate. He currently serves as the Community Events Chairman for the Southeast Florida Chapter of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (SEFANN), where he helps drive engagement, education, and collaborative opportunities for neonatal nursing professionals and families. His leadership in this role reflects his commitment to strengthening healthcare networks and supporting frontline providers.
