The Naranja Lakes Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), in partnership with Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade (RTMD), is offering home repair grants to eligible homeowners. This program provides critical home repairs at no cost, ensuring safer, healthier living conditions for families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

What the Program Covers

🔹 Essential Home Repairs – Improving safety, health, and accessibility
🔹 No-Cost Assistance – Fully funded repairs for qualified homeowners, up to $25,000

Qualifications

✔ Must own and live in a single-family home within Naranja Lakes CRA boundary
✔ Meet U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development income requirements
✔ Be current on property taxes and mortgage payments
✔ Have a home that meets program eligibility criteria for repair

The CRA is in the process of establishing a Technology and Equipment Grant (TEG) program. These grants are designed to support the growth and expansion of businesses within the Redevelopment providing funding for new technology and equipment. Check back here for more details on eligibility and how to apply once the program officially launches.

The Naranja Lakes Community Redevelopment Agency is requesting proposals from qualified persons and firms to provide grant administration services to the CRA’s adopted Business Grant Programs: Commercial Improvement Grant and Technology & Equipment Grant Programs.
