The CRA is in the process of establishing a Commercial Improvement Grant (CIG) program. These grants are designed to support the growth and expansion of businesses within the Redevelopment providing funding to rehabilitate or construct privately-owned commercial and industrial properties. The goals of the Program are to stimulate employment, grow business, and grow investment within the CRA. The Naranja Lakes Community Redevelopment Agency is requesting proposals from qualified persons and firms to provide grant administration services to the CRA’s adopted Business Grant Programs: Commercial Improvement Grant and Technology & Equipment Grant Programs.
