As a federal police officer with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, he successfully builds trust with local residents. His background, including internships with the Florida Senate and 11th Judicial Circuit, underscores his commitment to positive community impact.

Derek J. Sippio is an accomplished sales leader with over 18 years of experience in the medical industry. Over his career, he has consistently exceeded sales targets, ranking top in his field. He now brings his expertise in developing strategic sales approaches, building relationships with healthcare leaders, and driving revenue growth to serve the Naranja Lakes community.
Derrick Lordeus
Derrick L. Lordeus is an accomplished educator and coach with over 20 years of experience. He has taught physical education at various schools, and his coaching background, including stints with the Miami Dolphins and high school teams, demonstrates his commitment to youth development — a valuable asset for fostering positive community growth.
Erick Caceres
Erick Caceres is a financial services leader with over 15 years of experience in operations, product development, marketing, and training. At SouthState Bank, he spearheaded new product launches, led vendor management, created training programs, and enhanced operational efficiencies to reduce expenses. He now brings his expertise in strategic planning to Naranja Lakes CRA’s revitalization initiatives.
Cornelius Shiver
Cornelius Shiver has over 20 years of experience revitalizing urban areas. As former Southeast Overtown/Park West CRA Executive Director, he led $4.6 billion in projects, 1,400 new housing units, and anti-gentrification efforts. His legal background advocating for justice complements Naranja Lakes CRA’s equitable community transformation mission.
